Your gonna need a bigger boat. What do you mean they cut the power? What kind of a world is it where a man dressed up as a BAT gets all my press? This town needs and enema!!

I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer. Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration. I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over me and through me. And when my fear is gone I will turn and face fear's path, and only I will remain

          Blade Runner:

Deckard: [narrating] "I don't know why he saved my life. Maybe in those last moments he loved life more than he ever had before. Not just his life - anybody's life, my life. All he'd wanted were the same answers the rest of us want. Where did I come from? Where am I going? How long have I got? All I could do was sit there and watch him die".

            Planet of the Apes:

Taylor:"The good Doctor knows, he's alway known. Right from the begining, you're affraid of me and you hate me...why?"

Dr. Zaius: "You are right, I have always known about man. From the evidence, I believe his wisdom must walk hand and hand with his idiocy. His emotions must rule his brain. He must be a warlike creature who gives battle to everything around him, even himself".

From Platoon, but as interpreted by the Butthole Surfers...

"Whatda you know about reality, I am reality."
"Whatda you know about death, I am death."

The dichotomy of 'Lias and Barnes was perfect; best thing Stone EVER did.

When Luke is unable to lift his ship from the bog by using the force... Luke slumps his shoulders and sits on a rock... Yoda raises his arm and, using the force raises the sunken ship out of the water.

                  Luke: "I don't believe it..."

Yoda: "That is why you fail."

From Swingers, when Vince Vaughn jumps up on the table and does his little dance: My little baby's all growds up...And he's all growd's up, and he's all growd's up...

YES! I also LOVE the line right before that(and try to use it in Life). When Yoda tells Luke to get the ship out of the Swamp.

                            Luke says: "I'll try".

Yoda replies: NO....do, or do NOT...there is no TRY."

All of those scenes in STIII, from David and Saavik hearing Kirk's call on the Genesis Planet to David's death to the destruction of the Enterprise had me on the edge of my seat back when I first saw this in 1984. Back then in Star Trek, even when Spock died, you kind of expected a sequel and that things would be put back to normal, but to do something as daring as kill Kirk's son, and have that be the motivation for Kirk to blow up the Enterprise was completely unexpected.

As for favorite lines from a movie, I'm not always great on remembering the exact quote, but I've always liked Ghostbusters "when something asks you if you are a god... Say "yes!"
                              It's all good!
