I hope they release the rehearsals on dvd! And I hear MJ has like 80 un-released songs. Some hated him, I feel it was a huge loss to the music world!

Just goes to show yeah, when it's time to go it's time to go.
Look at gene simmons he had the heart problem that they only found because his mom made him go to the hospital. They stopped his heart and restarted it again.Probably would have just gone out if undiagnosed.

I'm sure MJ was due to doping but when the heart stops thats usually all she wrote.

I just heard on CNN that there is over 100 hours of footage!?!?!?!?
I'm sure they will release a DVD or ten!!!

Plus that was really him singing as well no lip syncing so who knows maybe they can get a lookalike and still tour doing a Remembrance tour or something.
Kinda like the elvis one that ripped through last year.
Except have a guy actually dressed up not just on the screen.

I'm sure millions would still go.

100 hrs? Wow! I heard 10! And 80 studio made un-released songs. With 100 hrs they could put together an awesome DVD/CD!

Unless I heard wrong but yeah I'm sure they said over a hundred hours of footage.
Can't all be singing and dancing I'm sure alot of it is backstage stuff plus they probably have the studio footage of the recording sessions. So with 80 songs they must have an endless supply of stuff.

I'll bet they drop an album or two in conjunction with a few DVDs right away to cash in the hysteria.

I heard they were planning to do a movie (from the footage) as well as a few CDs and DVDs. They are waiting until everything is settled so they know who in the family they are going to be dealing with, but they think they might make enough to pay off his debt.

Yeah I'd love to see the rehearsals. Last night a network called TVONE aired the Michael Jackson 30th Anniversary Special. Michael performed with his brothers as well as solo. It was a GREAT concert and Michael kicked butt! I did record it to DVD and I hope to upload some songs from the show for everyone to see.

All his obvious weirdness aside, he was truly the most fantastic entertainer in history. I too hear that he had a stash of a bunch of "secret songs" he wanted released after he died. Watching him last night made us realize what a loss it is now that he is gone. I was so curious to see if he still had "the moves" at 50 but judging from what I've heard, he hadn't lost a step.
I'll let you guys know once I get around to uploading some songs from the show last night. They may reair it as well so check your TV listings. DEFINITELY worth a watch if you are a Michael Jackson fan...

MJ is going to be worse than Tupac for after death releases.
Im sure they are going to flood the market for the next 10 years with MJ crap.
                        "The Final Tour Practice Recording"
"Puff Daddy mixes the unreleased MJ songs"
"Micheal Jackson featuring Fergy new vocals"
And there are tons of fools that will go out and buy this crap. And again and again as the same sh&t is released in diffirent mixes and "featuring" some other talentless jackass yapping in it.
And god knows how many DVDs are going to get released "Final Dance session" "The MJ Memorial Service DVD featuring footage not seen on TV"
"Rev. AL Sharptons speech on MJs death"
"MJs service featuring Puff Daddy and Soulja boy"
                        "The Jackson Family Remembers"
How many times will people buy the same crap packaged differently ?

Well if there's an audience for it they'll release it. There's far more worse crap people pay money for than MJ DVDs that's for sure. They aren't going to come out with something and lose money I'm sure. I won't buy everything...just the concert DVDs as I didn't have even one until last night. The wife is hounding me to pick up some MJ DVDs but I keep telling her we're going to wait to see what comes out and we'll buy one or two of the best of the releases. I loved the guy but I don't need 50 DVDs, just a couple that highlight his career, performances and ground-breaking music videos. That will be enough for me.

Lou, I mean no offense to you, Ive actually looked at your myspace and its cool, I love Def Lep and Jaws, seeing Lep next month in Atlanta.
But, of course there is audience for it, the media is making damn sure of that.
The sad fact of the matter is that these releases are going to be for one reason and one reason only, GREED.
You think the Jackson family or Al Sharpton or any of the parade of idiots in this care about the fans? No, they care about those dollar bills clutched tightly in your hands waiting outside at Best Buy at midnight to "Be a part of the Micheal Jackson experience!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Get there early to be one of the first !!!!!!!!!! Dont miss this spectacular event!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
As long as there are stupid people and as long as stupid people have money to blow, they are going to milk this for all its worth.
There is some factory right now in some third world country going full steam making MJ DVDs and CDs, hell they may even give the workers an extra peice of bread at dinner tonight if they can have them in stores by tuesday.
Somewhere, some record Excutive is on a phone "Tupac, Who the F*&* is Tupac, get me some rappers and a pop diva to sing on a remix of beat it now!!!!"

Very nice Hector. Who was the bass player? He also had a good voice.
