Star Trek Megos were my first and greatest love!
I still have my old ones (battleworn veterans), and mint vintage ones, and a couple of EMCEs.
Kirk has been, and always will be, my biggest hero.
He was my first Mego. He survived a dive off a four storey roof, taking a header in the turtle tank. The turtles needed therapy, but Kirk didn't have a scratch!

    Number 30?!

Would that be the whole line plus 140 red shirts?

Yeah! Elaborate on that please. What is Emce making? I am sorry I don't know. Did they release the Apes as well.

I want to do a Landing Party at the Planet of the Apes...Dr. McCoy would be perfect for "Get your stinking paws off me..."

And the Red Shirts stunning the whole village... it would be like ST VI Rura Penthe and The Omega Glory.

You can count me as a Trek fan. Kirk was my first Mego figure.
You are a bold and courageous person, afraid of nothing. High on a hill top near your home, there stands a dilapidated old mansion. Some say the place is haunted, but you don't believe in such myths. One dark and stormy night, a light appears in the topmost window in the tower of the old house. You decide to investigate... and you never return...

My very first Megos were the crew/klingon minus "Scottie". My aunt bought them all for me one Christmas with the Enterprise playset!! They are still my favorite Megos and most prized part of my collection.

Growing up I had the Superheros (except Fantastic Four) and my older brother had Star Trek and the Fantastic Four. For some reasons my mother wouldn't let us get the apes or monster figures. Later my brother didn't want to play with dolls anymore so I got all of them. Unfortunately, I went through the same not-playing-with-dolls phase and got rid of all of them. I've been recollecting Megos ever since and love Star Trek.

                        By my count I'm #36

I think you are 35 but maybe Seeker will help me confirm.

If they had Polls on this forum we could take a vote and I wouldn't have to do this. But I'm not running for office or anything so I guess I won't die if I don't get a dead accurate count.

Thank you all for replying. I wasn't sure there were a dozen of us until about now.

And by the way. My Enterprise crew often visited the planet of the apes. In fact DR Zaius and and squad of his Gorilla thugs joined the crew of the evil Neptunian and his assorted aliens...

Does my Mirror Mirror evil side also count as another member of the Mego Trek Squad?
