Who Here Has The Habbit ?

I know that this might be considered a rude question and I apologize...I dont mean it to be , but how many people here are smokers ? The only reason I ask is because earlier today I had to pick my cousin up from a council meating (Manchester east lil' league) and there must have been 20+ people outside smoking butts. I asked my cousin about it and she told me the meeting lasted for about 2 hours with no break and people were going nuts. I myself do not but have many friends that do , and it doesnt bother me.So how many members here are a slave to the pack ?

Not I. I am so glad that I never even started. Some say that it is a very hard addictive habit to break. I would rather buy Mego's. Thank you very much. To each their own. I don't mind people that smoke. If that is your thing and that is what you want to do with your life then go for it. The only thing that I ask is that you respect my air space. In other words don't smoke around me, in my house, my car or blow your smoke in close proximity to my direction. I do not enjoy my hair, clothes or anything else that I have reeking of smoke. I do not like people who are arrogant and inconsiderate of others as it pertains to them blowing their smoke or disrespecting others.

I hate smoking, and since I have asthma I don't like people around me who smoke.

Having said that...I do smoke around three good quality cigars a year...but only natural tobacco with no chemical additives...and not around people who object.

I had one cigar today (did not finish it)...my birthday.

I also have one around the Fourth of July...and the other one on New Year's eve.

While I do smoke, I have never smoked in my house or in my truck when my kids are with me. I am not a person who goes nuts when I can't smoke I just wait until the time is right. The worst part is, even though I know how bad it is I still have not found a way to quit. Tried many times and still keep trying.

Yeah, I'm a smoker and I've gone from a pack a day to half a pack a day. Don't know if I can quit it altogether tho

I quit cigarettes some years ago, but I continued with the occasionaly cigar and almost constant use of the Aeros smokeless (none of the Big Pharma NRTs work!). I used e-cigs for the past year, and gave up cigars completely 5 months ago. My e-cig broke this weekend and I think I will try to go comepletely nic-less soon.

This is sad but true of most smokers.Don't get me wrong it's your decision but in the end we pay for the surgeries and life support until you eventually kick the bucket,so stop already!!!

I'm only kidding T1k I really hope you stick around for along time.
I'm a non-smoker.My wife was a smoker she has been a non-smoker now for six years...
I hate the high and mighty smokers you know the type.I don't care if somebody wants to smoke just not in my house, car or face.
If some guy deliberately blows smoke in my face I punch them in theirs!!!
surprising how fast they loose the urge then.

chicks with smokes look sexy as hell but their breath smells like old ***...

I can't stand people who make it a point to go out of their way to put smokers down.
I'm not saying anyone here does that ... I mean in general.

                              Most culprits are x-smokers.
They think they're better then us because they have quit -- and they make sure they let us know.

                              I can't stand x-smokers.
They remind me of bible thumping evangelists spreading the good word to the evil ones (who smoke)

They're like a fat person who looses weight and starts calling other fat people "fatty"
