Anyone else here fish ?

I used to fish a lot in my younger days but gave it up in my 20's.
Mostly because I got bored with it.

I think this year I might start again.

Anybody else here fish ?

I am a catch and release guy though.I just don't have the heart to kill them anymore.
My wife has no problem killing them though.She likes to eat fish.I'm happy just buying some tuna in a can.

I find it very relaxing just casting out and waiting for the fight.

The closest thing that I do to fishing is ordering it off a menu. I love sea food. I just am not big into having to catch it, fillet it and frying it. My Dad took me fishing a couple of times as he was into fishing. He loved fishing. I just could not get excited about it. I would rather check out the hot bikini babes in the party cove and sit down with one of them and have dinner at a really nice dining establishment. To each their own though. There are a lot of people out there that really do enjoy it.

I used to fish more in my 20s...I might get back to it as well.

And count me in as a seafood lover as well...I love everything that comes from the water, lol.

My dream is to go marlin/swordfishing in Baja...someday...that would be so awesome!!!

I Love seafood as well. It has been some time since I've gone fishing. It's so relaxing and its a lot of fun. The last time I went was probably about ten years ago. I need to go again. I don't have any of my gear anymore since it's been so long but I would love to get back into it

I'm not really into sea fishing.
I only went twice and wasn't really impressed.

I don't even care for pond or lake fishing.

My idea of fishing is hiking up any number of small local creeks "cricks" and dropping the line in wherever I get the urge.

Used to when I was a kid, with my uncle and grandfather. Haven't done it in many years, but I did enjoy it quite a lot

When I was a kid I made my own fishing pole and used to fish upstate.my son recently saw my fathers poles and wants to go.So I'll probably start again.

I call it fishing.
Others would call it getting drunk with a fishing pole in my hand.
Not crazy about boats, I'm more of a cast off the dock at the cottage kind of guy.

I have been fishing since I was a kid. Now in my 40's it is great fishing with my kids.

Fishing licenses used to be pretty expensive 20 years ago in Jersey.
I bet today, they're crazy high.
