I always sprinkle a little crushed red pepper seeds on mine for some heat.Have you tried Velveta before?Its really creamy,melts right into the toast.

We ended up staying in today which is a rare occasion. My girl friend whom rarely cooks surprised me by fixing sausage with mashed potatoes and peas. For dinner we both had baked COD. It was all good. Although I would have much rather had Alaskan Snow Crab. It was pouring down raining here most all day so we just stayed in so we would not melt in the rain. Since she was so nice and suprised me with a nice lunch. I am going to return the favor by suprising her with some "Italian sausage" later tonight.

I'm a Christian and observe the 3 hours of agony. However, tomorrow is my mom's birthday, and I was out shopping for her birthday present. I bought her a Magic Bullet blender system. She loves it. We christened it tonight making milkshakes.
