                                                  Totally. She did HOURS in the gym to get back there at 49. You ain't getting back to your playin' weight by just eating food from the mailbox....

                                                      A few years ago I went on a diet and lost 100 pounds --- I kid you not.

                                                      I know from experience, even exercise is not enough to get your body in shape after losing quite a bit of weight.

                                                      You need surgery.

                                                      I went the cheaper route.

                                                      I ate and put it all back on
