I'm just diggin' the food pics. The ribeye is definitely making my mouth water. I'm definitely finding my self enjoying a pinker steak as I get older. I am at medium to medium well right now. The one time I decided to do the rare thing, I became very ill...

Count me in as a former well-done steak guy...but the older I get...the rarer I want it.

For me......just get it to stop mooing. I like my steak RARE. And in New Hampshire the only restaraunt that can cook you a steak rare is the OUTBACK other places say it's against health codes and stuff cuz of disease. But make mine bloody!
