Ledger fans demand the Joker retired from film - CNN.com

He was a great Joker, but I think this is a bit too much.

No offence, cause Ledger really did do an oustanding job, but this is ridiculous

I'd rather see a New Bat Villian in the 3rd Film anyways

Or teenage revolutionary war fighters and movies with knights in the title?

Those people that love him so much really need to let it go.

They act like the freak'in guy was Christ incarnate or something.

In reality, Ledger was an "ok" actor that's currently pushing up daisies.

I wish they would retire his nutty fans

I am really bummed that Ledger's death threw a wrench into the whole
"multiple appearances by the Joker" mindset.

I hope to heck they bring him back with an another actor PRONTO.

As far as those Ledger fans?
Hey, fanatics are fanatics---they're comitted to "defending their hero's
                  honor" or whatever---and that's sweet----but please don't do it
at the expense of one of my favorite characters of all-time...that's
                  not fair play.

The Joker is not owned by the Ledger estate.

Those fans are outta their mind.

I'm not a Fanatic...but I also don't think they should use the Joker again(at least not for a VERY long time).
Batman has a plentiful Rouges Gallery...let's use them!

In a way, this kind of reflects how our society has become so celebrity obsessed it's turning the general population into nitwits.

To be honest, I feel none of the actors who have portrayed the Joker are, IMO perfectly cast. Physically, I see him as very tall and skinny. I would have prefered someone like Jeff Goldblum, or even Adrian Brody.
Ledger had his own take, I liked the movie and his role, but I would have chosen a different look.
                            There, I've said it.....

They treat this guy better then their own families .....

If their father dies, would they go down to his work and demand his old position is retired ?

                              People can be so dumb
