Love the NFL, love pro boxing, love MMA, love soccer.

I also dig on some NBA (playoffs mostly).

I don't like baseball though...it can go extinct for all I care.

I used to watch football but I weaned myself from it. I would feel depressed once superbowl was over, because there was only the pro bowl left to watch and that wasn't as great. It's fun if you have a crowd going and are rooting for opposite teams. The last time I really was into football was more than 10 years ago, and I lost my voice from yelling at the tv and the other people in the room.

I'm a football fan, but even I think it is boring half the time.
Anymore, I am only interested when my team (Steelers) are playing.
Even then I get tired of all the commercials and delays in the game.
It used to be more fun to watch, and I used to watch all kinds of other games. But anymore, nah.

Now hockey, OTOH, I can watch. Though I have to have the time to watch without distraction. Unlike football, you can't really look away during a game because you could miss the key score of the game if you do.
It almost killed me to have to go to work last season during the Penguins multi-overtime playoff win in the playoffs.

Yeah but if look away from a football game you might miss a ref taking down a player like they had in college. Or some other sick blocks like they had this past weekend.

I dig football, but mainly on the collegiate level. That holds true with most sports. Professional sports, IMO, are overblown, overhyped and often more about $$$ than sport. College sports have increasingly become more and more tainted, but I still prefer it's spirit, soul and pageantry over a pro game any day of the week.......

I allways record the games we get on tv here in the UK so that when i watch them i just zap all the breaks and ads. All i see is a continous game with no breaks and because i do not know the score or anything then it is as live.

Football is boring in any country.
I thought American Football would be different, but after having been at a match in 2006, all I can say is YAWN!
All they do is stand around, talk a lot, run for half a minute, and then talk some more!
