Thanks everyone......Here is the Photo of the teapot. I did find out that Disney did discontinued it. You can only find this one in Clearance if you do, you may want to warn people about the danger of it.
Here you can see the cut that they made to free my Daughter. The round lid area was hard plastic and was the problem the rest of it was a softer plastic
and the last as you can see a child's head can easily fit and get trapped by this
Just for my piece of mind...He already told me what I could do or couldn't. Since no harm came to my child and Disney already has Discontinued the product. There is nothing more to do. Although we did file a complaint about the Product. I did put the pictures up so that members here who have little ones could see it and tell their family members to avoid it if by chance they came across it.
I'm very glad nothing happened to traumatically and everything worked out well.
I did happen to see one of those tea sets and this is what it says on the box;
Time for tea, Little Princess!
Adorable pink and purple tea set
Service for 4, Earl Grey not included!
Clear teapot holds the entire set
Recommended for ages 3 yrs. and up.
That is the same Disney set that you pictured.Did it not have a three and up warning on your box?
If not than for sure lawyer it up,if it did though...I thought your daughter was two and they may scream negligence on the part of the parent.
Just some info I found on the product but I know sometimes things are boxed differently from Canada to the US.
Anyway I'm glad your little one is okay.I have a two year old as well,so no tea for her either thanks for sharing your story.
“When you say “It’s hard”, it actually means “I’m not strong enough to fight for it”. Stop saying its hard. Think positive!”
