Eggnog

I LOVE eggnog and have never added alcohol to it. I prefer mine on the thicker side rather than the milky-consistancy brands (those are usually the cheapy ones but not always).
I HIGHLY recommend Southern Comfort brand eggnog. There are two varieties, I think. I get the one in the black container. They come in quarts (not sure if any other sizes, only seen in qts) and Walmart carries it here so probably every Walmart has it and it's usually a little over $2. BTW, it's non-alcoholic. I guess you could add some Southern Comfort to it if that's your thing, LOL.
I love it. It's my favorite kind.

The only honemade egg nog I ever tried was PINK and gross. I like the store bought stuff. My fave brand is Borden canned, but I can't find it anymore. So I usally just get the store brand.

I remember seeing that. It's like a really tall can, right?
Have you tried the Walmart display where they have all the baking supplies for the holidays? Might be there? Also you might try emailing or calling Borden and asking if they still make it and who retails it.

I like eggnog in small quantities...too much of it though...will make me gag.
