I was on track to be an actor after high school, I was pretty good and had scholarships to a couple of places. I instead went to art school even though I really didn't know squat about modern art. Always wonder what might have been, my two best friends are working actors to this day.

Now, though, I wish I'd gotten an MBA or a law degree. I gotta make some money, this is a joke. I'm a rarity in this world---a working artist with a regular paycheck, I already get paid more than I ever expected...but man... it ain't enough.

Seriously though, I love my job. It's the gaps in between work that are challenging.

8 years ago I would have simply said "stayed in the army" but if I had I wouldn't have met my wife or had my kids, so I would have to stick with the path I chose they are far more important in my life than any rewards monetary or in satisfaction I get from work
