My wife and friends all tell me I'm weird for liking the burger listed below, but after reading all this, I know now I'm pretty tame.

My favorite burger is one at Fuddruckers called the Southwest burger or something like that (I don't get to eat there often. None around very close anymore). It's got monteray cheddar, bacon and gaucomole on it. I also put a little pico de galo and salsa on it to bring it all home. Now to me, that's good eating, but they think I'm nuts.

Scrape off the guacamole and I'd eat that!

        That's a good sandwich.
Um, why would you leave a bone in your sandwich? and what's red beet horseradish? sound intriging. I like beets and horseradish, never heard of it though.

          I'm Polish...
Red beat horseradish is very popular in the Polish/Russian community.
It's basically white horseradish mixed with ground beats and sugar to make the horserash very mild.
It's mostly used as a topper for ham.
Sometimes it's so mild, you could eat it alone.

You beat me to it but I have a little anecdote to go along with that.
I love Underwood deviled ham. My grandma used to have it at her house when I was a kid and that's why I like it. I eat it two sandwiches to a can, plain on the bread with nothing else mixed in it or added/spread to the bread and I usually like it refrigerated better than room temp but the story...

My wife had never had it before and she used to pack me a lunch for work so one day I asked her to make me deviled ham sandwiches. I opened my lunch and there was a little note in there. I figured it was a "love note" or something. The note read:

"DON'T YOU EVER ASK ME TO MAKE YOU THESE CAT FOOD SANDWICHES AGAIN!"

            LOL!!1
I still laugh about that to this day.

also try buttering the bread and frying the peanut butter and banana sandwicghes (as if you were making grilled cheese). MMMMM MMMMM GOOD!3

Peanut butter on bananas, not in a sandwich
Mayo on french fries, hamburgers, hot dogs, salads

My favorite burger in a fried egg burger, which has a fried egg on it plus cheese. My Dad made them when I was growing up. Only one restaurant that I know of will serve it that way and that's Red Robin.

Scott, if you're ever in town, I'll take you to the local diner, Family Fare. They serve a "Bob Burger" that has a fried egg on top. We also have a place called the Q-Club that served "The Boogie Burger". It is a deluxe burger with cheddar cheese and a slice of fried bologna.

this isnt that weird- but this is the kind of sandwich you eat when theres not a lot of food in the house and you want to feel full-

Tuna , pickles, onions, a pile of POTATO CHIPS- maybe even mustard and relish-

just potato chip sandwiches are good too-

I don't eat much in the way of sandwiches anymore but growing up I used to eat fluffernutters (peanut butter and marshmallow creme sandwiches) topped with potato chips. Had the sweet, salty, and crunch that my highly refined taste buds require.
