
When I was a kid, the elderly neighbor lady was like an extra grandma to us. She used to remove the seeds from a green pepper, slice it in half, and fill it with cream cheese. Then she'd sandwich them between two slices of bread. She used to make them for my mom and I when we visited. I crave them from time to time. Other than her, my mom, and I, I've never met anyone else who eats them.
