... you're right He Man never got knocked out and turned back into adam ... in the Filmation toon ... He-Man has to say "let the power return" in order to turn back into Adam. One time he lost his sword as He-Man and was very sad becasue without it he couldn't be Adam anymore lmao ... but lucky for him Orko was farting around in the bottomless pit and caught the sword and saved it 
... Really I don't know who would win ... both have "super Breath" but Superman can fly ... He-Man sword can take care of most beams shot at him. I guess I'd give the fight to Superman ... for the fact that he can fly without using the windraider,Comment
