Superman vs He-man..who'd win?

Hey guys,

I was watching the He-man cartoons yesterday and it got me thinking...who'd win in a fight between both? It's not as stupid and as easy as people would think.....Sure Superman can fly and stuff like that.But both seem to have about the same strength (Ok Supes is stronger)but He-man is smart and has the power of magic behind him(the Sorceress) so all she has to do is send He-man somewhere to get Kryptonite and it's over.I mean he's no cheat but he'll do what he has too,to survive

If He-man has the Sorceress's help which he usually does,I think he wins hands down.What do you guys think?

I know most will pick Supes,but keep the magic thing in mind.Many picked Batman when the same question was asked,and he's not as strong as He-man

Well, Supes is susceptible to magic.....

Ultimately, I guess it depends on who is writing the story.

When He-man Gets Beat Up Enough,.. He Changes back to Adam,.. & then Most of the Time Winds up Knocked out,.. or Whatever... Superman Would Destroy him.

& BTW... Superman will Kick anyone's arse in Toy & Comicbook Land,.. Except for Batman's.

Superman all the way. He's way more stronger and if The Man of Steel takes out the Sorcerer. It's game on.

No one ever "wins" when super heroes fight in comics. it is a formula - through misunderstandings they begin by fighting each other, realize they need to join together to fight evil bad guy loses, they story never has any impact on either superhero's story or publishers universe.

However in a fictional fiction world SuperGIRL would beat He-Man. Most of the 3rd string DC characters you have ask "who is that?" would beat him.

Ok maybe Superman,if he doesn't grab a hold of the Kryptonite,but 3rd string characters? come on now Skeletor and Evil-lyn can take on most of them
