In N Out is the best and cleanest burger chain in America, it's properly staffed (some say too many, lol), they use nothing but all natural ingredients (beef from local ranches and real potatoes peeled and prepared on the spot).
And best of all...GREAT customer service...everyone there actually SMILES at you...and everyone in there is not miserable like in other burger joints. The reason being of course that In N Out treats its employees with respect. It's the only fast food chain I can think of where all the employees have actual health benefits...yes...health benefits. Another is that they are the highest paid fast food employees at a starting salary of $10 per hour. The manager of each store can earn up to $200,000 a year.

You would think a place like this would be expensive...think again:

...a small no nonsense menu.
The chain is purposely kept small to concentrate on quality and customer service...but I'm glad Oakland has one...so whenever I'm in the mood for a good burger, I drive across town to get there, worth every penny.
The documentary Super Sized Me, you know...the one that criticized McDonald's? Well, in the DVD features, the filmmaker actually ENDORSES In N Out Burgers...so that instantly tells you about the quality of the burgers.
