    any Grease fans out there?

Hey guys,I happen to be a huge fan of Grease it's one of my all time favorite movies as a kid and now,I was just checking online and I didn't know how old some of the cast was while playing teens,Rizzo was 34!!!!
Grease (1978) - Full cast and crew

I also read that Crater face was gay and died of aids in 94,I always thought he was pretty cool in the movie

    anyone else a big fan?

well anyways, here's a cool video- YouTube - Carolyn Scott Rookie

Rizzo looked about 40 in that film. Kinikki Should Have spent less time in Combing his hair & seriously should have suited up.

... I must confess,... I am a big fan of the 1st Film.
Not so much the 2nd one...

        yeah part 2 sucked ***!

I always thought Riz was kind of hot in a weird kind of way especially when she does the Sandra D song with the blonde wig

But Olivia and Marty were super hot

My kids seem to know all the songs and some of the dance moves...they put on a show whilst watching it.
They've watched it so much on DVD we had to buy another copy as the first one didn't work anymore.

"It doesn't matter if you win or lose, it's what you do with your dancin' shoes"

It wouldn't be my first choice as a movie to watch, but when it's on I kinda get into it.
There's always something new to see in the background.
Although that Guy in the background with the wiggly tongue that walks like a penguin....I always wanted to kill him.
For such a big family movie it has some dirty lyrics.

              "Hey Putzie, remember... 15 minutes"

Olivia in those black sown on trousers is hot, hot, hot.
When it was re-released in the cinema me and the wife went to see it...it was very cringe worthy.
I think it is best watched and sung along to at home...in private....with the curtains closed.

              I hated the sequel

I was always a big fan but once I turned my oldest daughter on to it at the age of 3...look out! We were watching it in it's entirety up to 3 times a day at one point. My old VHS tape from the ABC Movie was pretty worn so we sprung for the VHS which in turn got ratty and then on to DVD. Now 10 years later it's STILL a favorite in the household.

Grease 2 I disliked when it first came out but over the years it's grown on me and now I find it very culty and kitschy. And though they seemed awkward at first, I must admit those songs are now stuck in my head as well. Especially "Cool Rider". That's the song my oldest daughter picked for her dance solo this year. The kids seem to enjoy Grease 2 but not as much as the original.

Is he the one that does that Groucho Marx cigar thing in the final scene? Yeah I'm glad I'm not the only one who finds him annoying.

Yeah that's the Guy....if I meet him down a dark alley...there will be one dead penguin...sorry....

I bet he's still doing that silly walk...probably with his zimmaframe.

BTW what was with the end scene....with the flying car...was it a delorean ?

lol! you know I never liked that part,it's the only part that kind of killed the movie for me,cause at least in the Grease Lighting scene,it all goes back to normal when they're done
