Not worthy, not worthy. Ok, now that it is out my system. To say amazing collection would really be understating it.

thank you to ALL for the kind words!....

keep in mind I have been buying and selling comics since the mid 1980's... much like many of you have been doing with Mego's...everything is relative...I drooled for hours the day I went through the "Toyroom" thread looking at everyone's collections....I found it to be my fav part !... so, sharing comics has the same effect!

so, someone needs to start posting some of theirs, or I am going to post a group shot of Little Dot and Richie Rich

I started collecting in the 70's and had about 14 comic boxes full but sold them around 98-99 or so. I deeply regret doing so as my sons both wanted to read the issues I had and keep asking me questions about different heroes stories and backgrounds.

I had a master list at one time. I wonder how much it would cost to get most of them back if I could find it?

I was a DC guy - all the Batmans, all the Superman, Flash, Wonder Woman, Blue Beetles run, Firestorms run, all the Robins issues and on and on.

I can't imagine holding a Detective #27. You have got some sweet ones for sure.

WOW!! I expected maybe to see a few Silver Age Gems, but not all those fantastic Golden Age Goodies!! Wonderful and amazing stuff you guys have there. I sold most of my collection a few years back, minus a few favorites, but still pales in comparison. Kind of wished I had kept 'em, but was primarily focused on vintage toys at the time. It's been a privilege!!:

holy crap, do you keep your collection in a locked vault, under 24 armed guards?

but on the other hand, I have a complete set of West Coast Avengers, so i'm not sweating it either.

excellent...value aside, comics are only worth what someone is willing to pay you for them... to each of us, hopefully they are "priceless"!

I've been putting together a complete run of Amazing Spiderman. Still missing several issues under 100 (have all the keys), but have most everything from 100-current.

None graded except #1. The #1 you see on the floor is the Golden Records reprint (for reading). Issues 2-100 average VG in grade. Issues 101-200 average Fine. Issues 200 up are NM.

                              Those are excellent collections.

I also have a good run of the Amazing Spider-Man but not as good as the one above.

I'll pull some out of storage and snap a few pics. Have it solid from about 35 up and am missing some of the last few years run and a smattering from 1-34.

None of mine are graded but most I believe would grade very high except for some of the lower issues....I do have #4 which would probably grade around a 4.5 or so but I love the artwork.
