hello all...
While I love Mego's, collecting Golden Age comics is my main passion... I strolled through the threads, to see if anyone had started a "post books from your collection" type thread.... I know I get a great deal of joy and entertainment from both sharing my collection with folks, and getting to view/share theirs...

so, I'll start it off with a few of my favorites...Batman is my favorite superhero, so I figured I would want all the early Batman/detective issues:

Well now why start a thread with a title like that when anything posted after the first post is automatically lame.

Why not just call this thread "Hey look at my collection and feel sad about your pathetic pieces of paper you call comics!"

Very nice! I have a repro of that first DC The Bat-Man, (the giant one w/ the silver border). The issue w/ Batman and Robin reading their own comic looks cool.

Sadly I gotta out of comic book collecting...ventured into Megos and classic cars.

At the height of my collection, I had Superman 2, Detective Comics 38, Hulk 181 (three copies), Fantastic Four 1, 2. Spider-Man 1, 2, the original Silver Surfers, X-Men 1, Giant size X-Men 1, and others that escape me at the moment...quite puny compared to New Force...but a decent amateur collection nevertheless.

wow folks, I didn't mean to "derail" the thread , just wanted to share a few books (keep in mind too, that like anything else, I am constantly buying and selling, so these are snapshots in time, some books have sadly left my collection to make way for others!, but I always try to keep at least one copy to enjoy, if I have had multiples)...trust me, my collection is NOTHING compared to many of my fellow comic collectors, but, that doesn't stop any of us from sharing them with each other... so, if you have some jpgs, post them away...like looking at other folks Mego collection, I really enjoy looking at other folks comic collections...I will post a few more, if a "drool" factor is warranted

well, here are the 3 I have owned over the past few years... had 2 at one time (but, that didn't last long!)...
