I forgot to mention All Star Superman. Which is pretty easy to do considering how late the title is from month to month. However, if you want old school Silver Age goofyness treated with respect and intellect then that's the title you want. Awesome book.

Your both mad. Mad I tell you!

What do I know. I don't like Romita Jr. and can't stand Jim Balent or Jim Calafiore.

We all got our opinions. My art hero is and always will be Neal Adams.

No one can touch him or ever will in comicbooks.

Man. I dig that mouth music your laying down. That X-Men run Adams did late 60's/early 70's is masterful. Amazing stuff. I'm not such a big fan of his current work. Less would be more (I wish he would allow someone to ink his pencils - Dick Giordano?). Having said that, he's still better then 85% of the youngsters drawing comics today.

Too bad they are ending All Star Supes with issue 12. The best Superman book on the stands.

The next All Star book I'm looking forward to is All Star Wonder Woman, written and illustrated by Adam Hughes. I just hope he gets it finished before planet x comes flying past Earth and knocks us all back to the stone age.

Well that says a lot about the state of Superman Comics.

                          Agreed! It's a shame We couldn't swap Artists & writers....Superman All Star-Morrison/Lee, or Batman-Morrison/Lee.

I like Supes as is, but a Morrison allstar Bats would be sweet. Would love to see what he would do ina noncontinuity book with all the silver age bat toys.

I have a love of the Batman, so no matter how horrid the reads become I will continue to buy them with the hopes of one day there will be that shining moment of unsuckiness. I have had a really bad habit of picking up obscure titles that rarely make it past 10 issues. What can you do?
