Actually kinda bummed to hear Affleck is not going to direct as, IMHO, he's actually a better director than an actor. I would much rather have seen them recast Batman and retain Affleck in the Director's chair. It wouldn't surprise me too much, in the not too distant future, for Affleck to abandon The Batman all together. That might be a wood wake-up call for WB/DC and maybe, just maybe, it would force them to find someone who wants to actually guide and grow the DCCU rather than just try to make money off of it...

Well, I'm extremely happy Ben is staying on as BATMAN because I think he makes great one. And his Bruce Wayne looks like he stepped right out of the comics. So I'm praying that WB lands a really GOOD Director.
