Not here. Comes out with I assume midnight showings tonight and then the rest of the openings start tomorrow November 4th.

It starts in Portland at 7:00 this evening. I think I'm going to go watch it about eight block from my house. It's already been leaked on-line, but it's a terrible copy.

I probably won't get to see it until Monday, as my son is having a birthday blow-out with his friends, and I can't go see it without him. He'll disown me.

I think that would have been my preference, too, but my local theater (only 3 screens) has "Dr. Strange" this weekend and "Hacksaw Ridge" isn't slated for us until next weekend. So, I'll be doing just the opposite of you, as a result.

I'm excited about "Dr. Strange" and I'm hoping it's really good and a box office success.

It's good. Marvel Studios has another winner here.
Cumberbatch is perfectly cast as Strange. All the cast are top notch and the story is engaging.
The Marvel Cinematic Universe just got a whole lot bigger.
Two codas to wait for... one mid credits and one post credits. The first one in particular is great.

Watched it today. First movie I've watched in 3D. Not a fan of 3D...but the theater I went to F'd up in their listing and I wasn't waiting 2 hours for a "Regular" screening. I have to say that this movie is perfect for 3D. With all the "Dimensional" stuff happening. I won't give any spoilers. If you love the Ditko/Everett/Adkins version of Dr. Strange you will love this movie. It is literally right out of the comic book. They did the character justice. I will give one spoiler because some just don't stick around after the credits...2 extra bits after the credits. That's it from me until a "proper" thread gets started on this movie. I loved it and give a 5 out of 5 stars.

Watched it this morning in "D-Box" AVX format and quite enjoyed it. With all the inception style buildings rolling up and dimension hopping, the rumble seats were a neat novelty on top of the 3-D.

Marvel really truly has perfected the formula for these films. Cumberbatch is dead on in his performance and looks like he's stepped right out of the comics. I quite liked Tilda Swinton as the Ancient One, Mads is good enough as the heavy, but the set-up for Mordo as a much more complex and interesting antagonist is what gets me excited for future instalments. Benedict Wong was great as Wong, and I like the way the movie solved the problematic aspects of their comic book relationship so that we can have more of him as a deadpan foil for Strange in future movies.

End credits makes me that much more excited for Thor Ragnorak... because... SPOILERS
the possibility of Hulk and Doctor Strange potentially appearing together in the film?! that's like, HALF the old school defenders.

I think Dr Strange sounds like Tom Selleck.

Honestly, he sounds like Dr House (Hugh Laurie) from the TV series 'House' I didn't want to mention it because I didn't want to possibly dissuade a potential movie goer. There are some that hate that show. I loved it when it was on.
