^ Johns is one of the few writer's who knows how to write...case in point, The Teen Titans has been a disaster since he left the project.

Johns is the antithesis of the modern comic writer. He weaves exciting stories with elements culled from the characters histories and makes them fresh without ever making them act out of character. Most of the other modern writers seem to just come up with a plot, shoehorn the characters in and have them act as they need them to, not as they should based on previous history.

If issue #2 is as bad as it sounds, looks like I'll have to switch to "Tiny Titans," to get my fix.

Yeah Tiny Titans is one of the very few comics that I go to the comic shop KNOWING it'll be a good read.

Titans #1 made me miss the Wolfman & Perez days. The last Titans I read was up 'til Speedy joined to beat Dr. Light. After that my wallet cried uncle. It was a good read, though.

This first issue of Titans was so incredibly unrecognizeable. Even when the team became just The Titans with Wolfman & Perez, a Trigon story wouldn't look anything like this.

                I won't buy #2.

I'll go back and flip through my old Titans back issues, Young Justice, and Teen Titans Go!

I glanced through issue #2 and left it on the rack...what an utter piece of garbage, both story and art! Way to kill a franchise Winnick (and DC)!

Art can YOU please write the DCU Titans books? You seem to have a better grasp of the characters than others do....Aw Yeah!

Wow cool new one came out. I was rather getting tired of the previous Titans members as they changed so much after each comic saga.

I much prefer the team from"84" where Changeling, Starfire, Raven, Wonder Girl, Robin, Cyborg battled Trigon and blasted off his *** back to hell. I was about six when I read my first issue and had my first introduction to hell as it gave me nightmares for a while lol.

Deathstroke is cool wish he wasn't a bad guy. I love his outfit too. Should had a Mego figure of him. I wish to have one too.

Have all Titans issue since the first one came out in 1980 and DC Presents Superman 26 with the Titans previews.

Let you know there is a showcase bumper issue of Teen Titans the early sixties copies starting from issue one reprints. Its very good too

Hope this adds more fun towards this thread

                        Cheers Daniel
