Wow. Impressive. We already know they have a pretty cohesive movie universe but this solidifies things a little more. Compare this to DC's similar announcement a short while ago that included a Cyborg movie and a Flash movie with someone other than the current TV actor. Not even a contest at this point...

Feige says CIVIL WAR will be global superhuman registration with a specific inciting incident. Secret identities aren't as important in the MCU. Events of the whole cinematic universe will make all governments in the world want regulation. Not so much about secret identity, but about who reports to who. Black Panther will be heavily involved and will be seen in costume for the first time in Cap 3.

I'm excited, but I hope these guys spin Civil War in some different directions. I think that comic is a prime example of a writer hammering square characters into round holes to make them fit. I'd rather they went in a different direction with Cap, but they've yet to let me down (well, Iron Man 3 wasn't great, but...), so I'll give them the benefit of the doubt.
Marvel just threw up a big middle finger to WB/DC with that Captain Marvel announcement. The Carol Danvers version is even a main character in Marvel Universe Live, which we saw this weekend.
