I remember seeing a scene between Clooney and his love interest on TV that was eventually cut from the film itself. It was probably a good thing because the dialogue was pretty bad and the woman really couldn't act. Just checked it was Elle Macphereson.

Every time I see her I think, "Billy Joel dated Elle Macpherson?" He must of had one of his assistants carry a ladder when he had the urge to kiss her.Comment

I actually like this one more than the third one, I can't watch that one at all. I thought Kilmer sucked as Batman. I went in with no expectations at all, yeah it was corny but most summer movies are popcorn fun. I liked the toys...lol so I was happy with that. I'll take Batman 4 over Superman 3 and 4 any day. I seriously can't sit through those anymore.Comment

I love Superman III. But then again, it came out during a good time in my life, so it's colored differently for me.
As for Batman and Robin... If I was blind, and just listened to the movie, I'd be ok. But the visuals bother me. WAY too much neon. WAY too much rubber. Listen to the movie and imagine everyone wearing the 66 outfits, and it works great. I disliked the movie greatly until I sat and read the script, and let my imagination picture things different.
I now take the same approach with Superman III and IV having read early versions of the script and early treatments, where in Superman III the villains were Lex and Braniac teaming up, and Mxyzptlk messing with Superman. (Superman IV was to feature Bizarro)~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Don't like either Batman 3 & 4...and don't like Superman 3 & 4 either...both equally bad.
Having said that...I love Supergirl...yes...horrible movie...but it has the adorable Helen Slater...perfectly cast...and she's just to cute for me to hate that movie, lol.sigpicComment
