Dave Stevens has Passed Away

Loved his Rocketeer...another sad loss this year

I met him in 1992, he showed up at a Chiller Theatre show and just sat there signing for nothing. He seemed like a very gracious person and I loved his work, it's a shame to hear of his passing.

I just found out about this and am stunned. I always thought that Dave was someone I would eventually meet. Great influence on my work and I am very sorry to hear this.

My candle burns at both ends
It will not last the night

That is very sad news. At least his suffering has ended.

People talk about what a great rock band(s) there must be in Heaven but think of all the great comic books that must be created there.

I hope I haven't violated the rule about religion.
