The nostalgic crowd is gonna kill me for this...but Jamie Alexander looks even better as the true Wonder Woman than Lynda Carter ever did...don't get me wrong, Lynda Carter was gorgeous...but Jamie Alexander resembles the comic book Amazonian more accurately and faithfully.

I think we're all in agreement around Jaimie Alexander. I have no doubt she's signed on for at least 3 Marvel movies and I'm sure part of her contract would be that she can't do DC films within that span.

Although that didn't stop Ryan Reynolds from jumping back and forth with Blade, Green Lantern and Wolverine Origins. He's still attached to Deadpool I think.

I have been staring at Gal Gadot pictures for hours now (yes, I have no life, lol)...and the more I look at her FACE...the more I do see Wonder Woman...just check out this picture with this hairstyle...she oozes that WWII Wonder Woman era...



She's also the exact same height as Lynda Carter...5' 9"...IMO...tall enough to pull it off (I don't want a basketball player either).

The problem however is that she is really THIN...please people...you better start cooking for this girl...feed the hell outta her...and have her hit the weights...she needs to tone a bit.

I'm s l o w l y seeing the light, but still not fully on board until I see some bulk on her...and I don't mean the fat kind, lol.

Damn Anthony...ya gotta let go of the past. I loved Lynda Carter as well...but if you went back and watched the show now...you'd realize just how corny it was. Don't get me wrong though...she was PERFECT as WW!

I'm well aware of how the show holds up today. But really, who was paying attention to the plot or acting, even way back when? Lynda Carter's physical embodiment of Wonder Woman was always the selling point of the show.

Damn it, Jamie Alexander was friggin' perfect, worthy of following Lynda Carter...that's Wonder Woman right there.

I'm sick to my stomach for this MAJOR miscasting, much, much worse than Affleck being Batman.

Being a Supes groupie, I'd probably still watch the movie, just not at the theater, it's looking more and more like a Redbox rental to me...or HBO release.

Yeah, not really seeing it. I just want to give her a cookie.

Although Snyder is all about the CG and effects, so I'm sure he'll figure out a way to make it works, particularly once she does get on a physical regimen for the role.

I think Lynda Carter has imprinted on us that WW should be much curvier.
