After watching countless hours of Super Friends I have come to the inescapable conclusion that Zan and Jayna do not have a single brain between them.
For instance. What do they do when a pickup truck is surrounded by lava? Do they turn into some sort of giant flying animal and an ice basket to easily rescue the stranded motorist? NO. No they don't.
Instead, they decide a gorilla walking THROUGH the lava on ICE STILTS is the best option. Then they act completely surprised when the stilts begin to melt. Barely making it to the truck bed in time, they revert back to two dumb teenagers.
Now at this point, they could STILL turn into some sort of flying animal and a large ice basket and rescue the motorist. Instead, they look around stupidly and say "What do we do now? We're done for!"
Luckily Batman shows up in the Batcopter and airlifts them to safety. Note to Wonder Twins...look up definition of AIRLIFT.
