That's cool news about Subby. Maybe Marvel could intro him with the Avengers rather than FF. Marvel could even have Cap discover him in a homeless shelter. I'd love to see a Subby-Hulk throwdown or an adaptation of Avengers No. 3 where Hulk and Subby fight the Avenges. And, the Rock would be great in the part as you suggested.

Flash will have a regular pilot:

It was announced in November 2013 that the backdoor pilot would not be happening, with a traditional pilot being made instead. The decision was made after CW executives saw the material filmed for the first two appearances of the character, which was very well received. It is unclear if the previously intended third episode will feature any mention or appearance by the Flash.
