Hope they take this opportunity to redesign the movie Bat suit, and not just recycle the Bale one again.

Goyer and Synder makes me not interested. It's ironic really. The one movie I've wanted to see made my ENTIRE life and I'm not the least bit thrilled now that it's almost here. BUT I'll still see it and I'm praying that I'll change my tune when I do. I want to be converted to saying "that was awesome!!"

Not bad... still a little too much like a suit of armour for my tastes...

They ideally could take inspiration from the Arhkam Asylum/Arkham City suit... retaining the essence of the comic version to a large degree.
Although they probably won't.

It's going to be someone in the Cavill/Shannon/Fassbender/Cumberbach mold. A 30ish guy whose got a decent resume, but nowhere near name recognition. This way, they can low ball his contract for a three-picture deal.

The problem they have is the average person is going to think this Batman is the same from the Nolan series, whether it's Bale or not. So they can't really start from zero. They can change the appearance, but people are still going to think what happened before counts. Much like Bond. So if it was me, I would own it and have Batman come out of retirement because of the damage Superman had caused to Metropolis in MOS. That puts him in alignment with Luthor.

There was rumor of a Flash 2016 movie, but I think that's actually a Brave & Bold film since GL has been established. This way, each movie would lead into the next.

^So a GL and Flash team-up film? That'd be a huge risk, but I'd like to see it. Very silver age.

The Hollywood Reorter reported a Flash and JLA film would be announced, but either the WB backed away or the report was an error.

If I were going to link two DC heroes together it would be Aquaman and Wonder Woman for an Atlantian-Amazon War with Ares and Poseidon at the root. Of course, such a war might not be a bad mechanism to draw the heroes together to form the Justice League.

Goyer stated at the Superman 75th Anniversary Panel at Comic-Con, that Batman and Superman would indeed face off, and titles under consideration are Batman Vs Superman or Superman Vs Batman.

I would rather see them team up, Worlds Finest style. Are there not enemies enough that they should quarrel among themselves?

^^ They did face off first in Timm's World's Finest story, because Supes was first opposed to Bats methods, then they worked together. I have a feeling that how it'll be in the film too.
