Christopher Reeve was the last thing I saw when I watched the new movie. If that blip was him, then it's fitting that a tribute was missed by most, if you know what I mean.
If you look at the comments in the link, you can see an image of Reeve (from the movie box set) that looks pretty similar to the split second where Cavill lifts his head the highest in this sequence. At that precise second, I can see it. Still not sure if it was intentional, or just a weird side effect of the distortion effect.
i actually thought he a looked a lot like Tom welling when he had shaved the beard and whenever they showed his face from the side. i think it is just that all of the actors who play Superman tend to have similar facial features
I haven't commented on the actual movie yet... but I will say THIS: I saw it on first viewing as well.
If that's NOT Reeve... well, it's quite the coincidence we all saw it anyway.
"No. No no no no no no. You done got me talkin' politics. I didn't wanna'. Like I said y'all, I'm just happy to be alive. I think I'll scoot over here right by this winda', let this beautiful carriage rock me to sleep, and dream about how lucky I am." - Chris Mannix
I also noticed this at the theater and mentioned it to my gf but she didn't notice. Not surprising as she doesn't share my love of comics & Super hero's
Absolute Wishful Thinking. People see what the want to see. Mercifully, MOS distanced itself from the campy, schlocky Reeve films, and was better for it. (Remember what I said about seeing what we want to see.)
Looking for Green Arrow accessories, Doctor Who Sonic Screwdriver, and Japanese Popy Megos (Battle Cossack and France, Battle of the Planets, Kamen Rider, Ultraman) and World Heroes figures
