^^^Thanks for the post. If remotely true, lets hope there is plenty of tweaking left to do for that plot structure. But at this point, I tend not to believe a script in this early stage of development has been opened up to enough people that details could be leaked. I would also think only a handful of people between the studios and the writer would even be past the outline stage, much less a completed first draft. But it keeps the speculation growing in the fan base. So I guess it serves its purpose.

Could that be the plot from the Will Beall script that was supposedly rejected or set to be worked on by another writer?

That sounds like a $400 million concept.

        That probably is Beall's script.

No way is that Goyers treatment.

Since Batman Begins, his stuff has been leak-proof. That won't change now.

He's at a point where he doesn't need to put pen to paper until the deal is done. It also feels like he wants something more than just being the writer, but a producer role with directing options on either Flash or Wonder Woman.

It looks like a hedge game is going on between Marvel and WB. Fiege hedges on Thanos being in Avengers 2 and says the script is fluid, which runs opposite the never-ending "Phase 2" mantra. WB throws out Beall's script and says it depends on MOS, which gives them time to see what news comes out from Marvel and also how big Pacific Rim opens. If Pac Rim opens huge, which appears to be the case, they're going to want a giant villain instead of just a large space hulk type. So Marvel is trying to figure out how to top a Justice League film, because Superman/Batman/Wonder Woman trumps their characters. It would explain why we're hearing Spidey, Wolverine cameos in A2 and then have a number of these actors involved in A3 for an Infinity Gauntlet/Secret Wars blowout for phase 3.

Ya gotta love the mass superhero stuff going on Not enough superheroes? Pour 'em on.

I know you had said a live-action JLA/Avengers crossover wasn't possible, but that's what I think of when I see Spidey and Wolvie mentioned as a part of an Avengers movie... or better yet, a Secret Wars-type movie.
