I must be jaded but I don't think I'll ever get the same goosebumps I did when I saw the trailer for "Superman:The Movie"...Think OUTSIDE the Box! For the BEST in Repro & Custom Packaging! -
I was really impressed and I did get some goosebumps. The action promises to be fantastic, and I like the tone of it, the strange visitor angle.
What really jumps out at me is there's no Clark Kent as we know him. Reporter in disguise...Has that element of the character has been jettisoned along with the shorts?This profile is no longer active.Comment

^You may be jaded, but I think the real key is that you're not however old you were in 1978.
I like the trailer and it's look and sound. But I was fooled at this point by Superman Retuns, too.

Yeah I think the last time I really was a "mark" for a super-hero movie was "Batman" in 1989. Although I think "The Dark Knight" and "The Avengers" came close in anticipation.Think OUTSIDE the Box! For the BEST in Repro & Custom Packaging!Comment

Wow, this was sooo much better than the previous 2 trailers. This actually makes me want to see it in theaters. Also, Supes new theme sounds great.sigpic

I got some goosebumps there. The trailer seemed to point toward a more hopeful, less emo angle as well, which is GREAT.

Oh my dear god in heaven, I got more than goosebumps, I got, well, this is a family site, I better stop, lol.
This is going to be my movie of all movies, I'm going to see it over and over, this is the one I have been waiting for, nothing else matters to me, I don't care about seeing Iron Man 3, Thor 2, The Wolverine, or even the new Stat Trek and upcoming Star Wars movies, The Man of Steel for me and FOREVER...at last we get a Supes who kicks major arse, yeah baby, yeah....sigpicComment

While I'll admit nothing will beat John Williams' Superman score...this new one is pretty damn good in its own right, much better than the latest Amazing Spider-man's forgettable below par score...Supes new score is a winner.

Yeah, I really like Zimmer. His composition on Dark Knight was stellar. It appears he has carried that tradition to Superman. I like what I saw in this trailer. Lets keep the momentum going. Much better than that Zod piece they put out the other day. The acting looks good. And what I'm finally seeing of Supes looks pretty cool. Thumbs up on this trailer.Comment

Amazing Spider-Man score was lame and boring, one of the worst ever, it was by far the weakest thing about the new Spidey movie.
Can you seriously remember and hum the theme music to yourself?
I can't, I've seen the movie like six times (I do like the movie), and I still can't remember how the theme goes, lol.
