Some of these are available legally in the US via Netflix streaming or othe ron-demand services

The Adventures of Batman and Robin (Filmation). This one is a head-scratcher.: It is, but season one it is also available for purchase from a number of on demand services including Amazon.

    10. Spider-Man (solo 80s toon): All episodes available via netflix streaming and I think are available from Xbox video (formerly Zune) for individual purchase.

    11. Spider-Man and His Amazing Friends. Netflix streaming

    12. The Incredible Hulk (80s animated). Surprised this one isn't out either.

    14. Hulk (90s animated). Also on Netflix

    16. Silver Surfer (90s animated). Netflix

    17. Avengers (90s animated). Was on Xbox video, don't know if it's still available.

I will add the 90's Spidey series as well, as the complete series has never been released though it is also on Netflix. For completion's sake I'd like see the 70's FF with Herbie the robot. I think a few episodes are available in region 1 via Canadian dvds but the complete series is only available in region 2.

Thanks for the link. I vaguely remember it, it probably wasnt played in re-runs as much as the Amazing Friends version.

Not really comic related but how about Godzilla (late '70s version)

Are the Dick Tracy cartoons that are out on DVD edited to be politically correct? Or are they FULL episodes?

Nightman TV series from Malibu/Marvel is also not available on DVD as is The Crow TV series. The Flash Gordon TV series from Sci-Fi channel is also not on DVD.
The only "official" release of the Batgirl pilot was on a compilation DVD that sold at discount stores like Big Lots a few years ago "Ba Clips" the quality was poor.

These are all available legally from the UK and all in really good to great quality....
Yeah, a company called Clearvision in the UK has released all the old 60s Marvel Super Heroes cartoons on region 2 DVD, both as box sets and individual volumes.

And apparently they called the solo 80s Spidey show "Spider-Man 5000" on DVD because that was the original production numbering of the show, and it was syndicated under that title.

If you have a multi-region player, I can definitely recommend the Clearvision releases.

It's very odd more of that product hasn't made it on DVD in America. I quit collecting the Superfriends on DVD because there got to be so many box sets, I realized they were just milking the series for all they could get. Someday they will wake up and just release the whole series on DVD...maybe. I'm confident Batman '66 will see the light of day in 2013 and hopefully there is enough demand now to justify releasing the 80's Spiderman shows. Of course maybe they're just sitting on it to milk demand. Because I'm sure there is a very limited market for these DVD's. So these companies want to make sure their target audience buys it when they spend the money to put it out.
