Arrow premieres tonight 10/10 on CW

I'm not sure how the villain of the week tied into Brother Blood's rally (maybe I missed it) and the bad guys overall plan. I missed a couple of key story-arc-development episodes this season but it's still fun trying to keep up.

Seems like he was just an anti-government guy who saw Blood's rally as an opportunity to strike. Felicity mentions that he's part of "The Movement".

I dunno. Seemed like he was quoting Blood's speech when he blew up the first building. And Blood going forth with the rally, even though it would put lots of innocent people in danger... to me, that decision only makes sense if you assume it was all part of a plan to get that "alliance" with the (no color specified) Arrow.

I suspect there may be a tie there, and Shrapnel was a pawn in some bigger plan.

Funnily enough, I originally posted that he might be working with Blood before finding out about The Movement. Upon rethinking about it, Blood no doubt set it up, perhaps as Brother Blood, to not only win over the public but Arrow as well.

This is the second time this guy's tweeted something like that. Make me wonder if it's true or not. Why would they allow a big character to be revealed like that rather than an official statement?
