and easier for diehards (and stodgy fans of the first 2 SUPERMAN flicks) to accept
as such because it was a "LUCY" episode--and not the big budget "farcical" sequel to

Sups 3 had Clark vs evil Sups battle.

bobait-Which one is better? I just pick these two up at Wlamart for 5 buck, watched em both and have to say 3 is better than 4. The special effects were alot better in 3, plus 3 had Richard Prior.

Okay though I'll give you factual reasons why Superman four was better;

Because superman three was just a plain stink bomb....
Supes 4 wins by the simple fact that it was not supes 3...LOL

And because it was the last superman movie to feature Christopher Reeves, it should win on that alone in my opinion.

And no I don't think an all powerful superman would take any woman he wanted I think an Evil no moral superman Would take and have One woman First and that would have been Lois???

Not in my opinion...as the "good" Supes was in love with Lois
and the "evil" Supes wouldn'ta cared about "love", he just woulda

more normal thread with linear, progressive dialogue discussion.

I liked Superman Returns better than 3 & 4 as well

Actually, sometimes I feel I like it better than ALL the classic Reeve movies,
but since SR was based off of the Reeve movies legacy, well, that's quite
the paradox to entertain that thought.

Because Hugh, I don't see the point of what is now 5 pages of dialogue arguing over which crapfest, "III" or "IV", is better than the other when we pretty much all agree that they're crap to begin with in regards to the previous 2 Superman films. It's like asking which fart smells better....hello!, they're both farts!
