The Avengers Passes $1 Billion Mark Worldwide in 19 Days!

Trust me, O:M---I would to see a comic book movie as the biggest moneymaker of all time (without adjusting for inflation, of course, for those of you who keep track of that stuff), and I will definitely be adding to its' coffers a few more times in the next weeks. It is a great film and rightfully deserves to be on top!

It deserves it for being an all-around good film, whether it's based off a comic-book or not. I'm really want, and am praying, for it to be number #1; hoping for #5; but I'll be happy if it makes the top 10. They're at #12 now, so it appears we have some work to do. We'll need to up the ante on buying the toys, the comics leading up to it, Dr. Pepper that has Avengers promos on it (be it cans or bottles) as well as multiple viewings of the film theatrically, which has been previously discussed. C'mon people, let's get a move on! Chop chop!

Edit: Just looked it up, it is however, the highest grossing film of 2012 and the highest grossing film of the MCU.
