Are you saying that you feel that way, or is that what other people are feeling? Because that has to be one of the best covers I have ever seen. The coloring and shading is awesome!

It was years before I knew Batman vs. The Hulk came out as a tabloid/treasury first. I got it the same (or maybe the following) year as a Tor color paperback.
I did remember seeing the 2nd Superman/Spidey crossover on the shelves. I passed on it due to the frighteningly huge pic of the Hulk on the back page. I was a weenie back then!

I bought the Batman/Hulk treasury edition back when it first came out, and always wanted the Warner books paperback edition, too... which I finally found years later.
With the 2nd Supes/Spidey crossover it was the other way around... I found the paperback edition first and then later finally picked up the treasury edition.

I still love it, it's just that a painting of a comic character used to be a rare treat. Now, thanks to guys like Alex Ross, it's very common. The uniqueness of it is somewhat lost.
