It was years before I knew Batman vs. The Hulk came out as a tabloid/treasury first. I got it the same (or maybe the following) year as a Tor color paperback.
I did remember seeing the 2nd Superman/Spidey crossover on the shelves. I passed on it due to the frighteningly huge pic of the Hulk on the back page. I was a weenie back then!

I have the original Batman vs. Hulk, I enjoyed it but thought it was weird to feature Hulk.
Luckily, Byrne did Batman/Capt. America much later.
