He gets way more one nighters, his endurance level is second to none.

He can drink bruce under the table, so his blatter will hold up better in a prolonged battle.

He's way more of a smart ***, so a insult fight is no match.

Oh yea he has more money according to Forbes.

And he can fly.

Ironman wouldn't know what to do when Batman poured Jim Beam into his mouth slit. The dialog between computer and Stark would suddenly sound like a line out of Rocky III - "Hit the one in the middle."

Batman could beat Iron Man in nothing but his Fruit-of-the-Looms and his cowl. He'd find some way to short circuit his armor using tin foil and Sprite. Batman is the MacGyver of the Super Hero set. Sure Tony Stark built a fully functional armor in Viet Nam with just one old dude and some scrap parts, but Batman builds crap like that every day before breakfast.

I'd have to say Iron Man would be dead by now if he didn't make his armor extremely hard to deactivate.

Wayne industries would be well aware of Stark industries and the kind of kit they putout and Batman would have found any "work in progress" Stark was working on (remember he's the original in this kind of set up), and found a way to combat/nutralise it.

See, this is a tough one to figure out, Bruce is the kinda guy who has to size up the man he fights, Tony is the same, Bruce loves women and loves defending his friends and people even more, Tony does the same, Bruce's house is the clubhouse for his friends to play in, Tony's is as well, Tony is rather sane and logical, Bruce is a madman.("Arkham Asylum" if anyone wants to read and see how crazy he really is!) Just for the fact that Bruce is hounded by the same demons that hound his enemies makes him more of a experienced and difficult challenge than what Tony would be ready for, plus Bruce is more of a warrior than Tony is. Also, he's had about 20+ years of experience to boot. In a tech war Bruce don't stand a chance, anyone read "The Armor Wars"? Read that whole series and tell me Bruce and Wayne Industries can do anything that Stark Enterprises can't do better. Tony's got him in the smarts department. Madness, well, Bruce has enough of that for everyone in the DC 'verse. But I think for the most part they would sit around telling stories about past situations, so my vote would be stalemate. THEY'RE BOTH RICH!
