                              Round 1 to Iron Man. He'd kick Batmans butt.

                              Batman would hole up in the Batcave to heal. During that time he'd design a ray to neutralize the armor.

                              Round 2 Batman kicks Iron Mans butt, with interest.

                                          I gotta go w/ Batman too. But I would have thought Green Hornet would be a better comparison, (car, sidekick, gadgets, cool theme song, carries that can of whoop-a**).

                                              Batman and GH did fight. they fought to a standstill!! Although for the like of me i dont know how bert ward held his on against bruce lee
