I could see that. Interesting possibilities. But ultimately hope they deliver that "surprise" near the end of the movie or as a teaser for the next. AND I hope they remain fairly faithful to the Vision's appearance. At least facial speaking.

I'm still having a hard time with this guy as Nick Fury. I'm not a racist or anything but isn't Nick supposed to be a white guy who chews on cigars?

Besides the actual movie, I can't wait for the post-credits scene. Hopefully, people won't get up and leave as soon as the credits start playing. I always shake my head and go "Where are you idiots going? The movie isn't finished yet!" Well, to myself at least. As for Vision, he's only had one look, right? I don't think they'll mess with his appearance (all though his look in Avengers: United They Stand is the look I would want, since he looks more like an android.).

Read the first couple volumes of The Ultimates. It'll totally change your mind. I never even liked most of the Avengers until the Ultimates cast them in a new light. I'm not joking--give at least the first volume a shot. I think you'll be pleasantly surprised.

Also, those battle shots of Cap are really making that new costume grow on me. If it's just Evans standing around, it looks kind of tacky; yet, it doesn't look bad once he's seen some action.

That exactly what I was thinking. Actually, it's the helmet I can't stand. It looks to weird on him, and it's not even the same color as the rest of the outfit. Besides the helmet, the outfit is really growing on me. And I'll be sure to check out The Ultimates before the movie, since it's partially based on it and The Avengers (Ultimates: Fury assembles the team, Avengers: The heroes try to stop Loki).

Right, I like that look too, but it might look a bit too cartoon-ish for a big-screen movie.

You nailed it but when you put those costumes on people in real life it looks hilarious and almost gut wrenching funny. I can see why directors edit costumes for movies. Yellow spandex just don't work in movies.

That's why I hope they can keep the facial features similar and then conceptualize the rest. I would like to see him keep the cape though.

                            The cape is a must.

I had the Ra's Al Ghul surprise from Batman Begins ruined for me by an errant thread like this. I consider it a sore subject.

Well, I know how you feel now. I just read a major spoiler on YOUTUBE of all places!, and I couldn't be madder. After intentionally avoiding any reviews so that even a micrscopic ammount of The Avengers doesn't get ruined for me I find out that ******* *****. I scroll down to leave a comment, and BAM!, there it is. No warning, no "spoiler", nothing. The **** even used all caps to have more attention drawn to it. People can be such ***-holes sometimes.
