What's the rock bottom worst Comic adaptations ever?

I'm not talking "Batman and Robin" either because it had a big budget and some decent production values, I'm talking just the cheapest, least faithful take on a character you've ever seen. Mostly TV movies come to mind, here are some of the ones on the stinky pile for me:

Vampirella- After years of this project stopping and starting (wasn't hammer involved) we get a weak Showtime movie that is hard to watch:

Man Thing- Sci Fi channel movie of the week, nuff said....

Phantom- More Syfy, I've never seen this but apparently it's one slow moving film.

    Thats some pretty good picks.
I think Spawn is near the top as well. (ok it maybe be faithful, but look at its source material!)

I wrestled with it's inclusion, I think the movie is horrid but like you said, my opinion of the comic is similiar.

If a movie adapts the source material with enough accuracy and respect, then I can often forgive a low budget and low production values... to an extent.

My list of worst comic book movies ever contains mostly big budget abominations.

The WB Lone Ranger telefilm belongs here as well.

I'd put the Cathy Lee Crosby Wonder Woman telefilm on this list. Sure she was a name, and it had Ricardo Motablan, but it was so far afield from the source material I'd have to give it props for most unfaithful adaptation ever.

I think the aborted Hammer adaptation would have been awesome. I believe the star was going to be Barbara Leigh, who just jumped off the cover of the magazine at my too young self, back in the day.

Yeah I just don't think any of the ones listed really nail the character so to speak. I happily ignore low budget, especially for TV movies if they're fun or true to the character.

It seemed to be drawing more on Wondy's excursion into Emma Peel territory, strange movie though.

That Man-Thing film on Sci-Fi was pretty bad!

How about the Nick Fury film starring David Hasselhoff?

That Vampy up top has man hands and totally lacks other 'intangibles' that are crucial to the character.

The suit itself bothered me more than the actress, it looked bad in the film. After years of going to horror cons I've seen some amazing Vampi costumes. They all looked better than the "official" one...

I've noticed it's mostly any TV network's attempt at doing comic book movies that stink.
