60's Filmation cartoons: Why no Wonder Woman ?

A Metamorpho cartoon would have been cool. I would like to see individual characters given a chance even now in solo adventures. An Adventures in the DC universe cartoon is long overdue.

My assumption might be that the rights for Wonder Woman might have still be tied up in the live action series that had planned in 67?
