Great voice cast but I never cared for that storyline or take on Batman. Batman won't kill mass murdering super villians but has no qualms about devising sadistic ways of killing his friends on the slight chance of them going rogue. Don't care for that. Makes him seem hypocritical, paranoid and evil.
You are a bold and courageous person, afraid of nothing. High on a hill top near your home, there stands a dilapidated old mansion. Some say the place is haunted, but you don't believe in such myths. One dark and stormy night, a light appears in the topmost window in the tower of the old house. You decide to investigate... and you never return...

Y'know.... that's true. I wonder if that's what they were hoping for with the story. Bats is SUPPOSED to be pretty ruthless, and kinda unhinged.... so worrying more about his friends than his foes could be a manifestation of that. Like how his parents "left" him as a child, he subconsciously expects that EVERYBODY will eventually abandon him.

....or it could be weird super-narccisism; villains are beneath contempt, but his fellow heroes aren't.

Plastic Man isn't in it either. You would think with him and Aquaman being in The Brave and the Bold cartoon, that would be all the reason they need to have them in it. Also notice no one is bringing up the biggest omission. No Ra's Al Ghul.

I don't really care for them shoehorning Cyborg in, but this was Dwayne McDuffie's last work, and Bruce Timm is producer, so I have faith it will be good.

so does Amazing Man. But seriously at least it isn't superman's metal replacement - Steel

Cybog had a big part in the Teen titans cartoon so he has some name power but this is really dredging the DC universe to find diversity from the white male hero club that is the JLA

Forgot about Amazing Man, not to mention Mr. Terrific.

They want diversity. Cyborg is the most successful black character DC has ever created.

I love this voicecast. Daly is been my favorite Supes, then add Conroy, Rosenbaum and Eisenberg...awesome.
