Bats has zoomed past Spidey as my all-time second favorite superhero (after Supes).

Why?

Simple...the movies.

The new Batman movies are dark and adult-oriented...the Spidey ones are for the little kiddies.

So here's to Meule for steering me in the right direction.

I've learned to appreciate BB more---
the most notable "good" thing that BB has to offer, to me, is how much
they did nail the character in a more realistic way
than the Keaton movies, which altho' I like
better ---are too cartoony to accept as a
more accurate "subdued" portrayal of BATMAN's world---

and from what I hear, TDK, is just going to kick all kindsa butt
---so things are looking MORE up for the Nolan movies
if that's even more possible

Can't say I think the Spidey movies are as cartoony
as the Keaton Batmans...I just think Spidey's persona
lends itself to a "lighter" if not necesarilly "cartoony" vibe
onscreen

Oh well---enough about the movies---

I think THIS is more interesting...

One of my most favorite (probably 2nd favorite) comics
that I own is a BATMAN/SPIDER-MAN team-up

The comic is called DISORDERED MINDS and it came out like 8 years
ago and is very true to the characters---very "pro" when
it came to handling the two franchises I think

And one of the things I like so much about it...well...
You can't get a much more fun relationship than that
between those two guys when it comes to superheroes
it seems to me---

Their personalities are SO different

I wish there were more team-ups with them together

Just thought I'd mention that for those who actually
wanna see the both of them in a good story together
and haven't heard about the comic as of yet

(Oh---and by the way---SUPERMAN is better than both
those second-raters! Hee-hee!)
