While I'm making predictions, my best guess is that, during the next Captain America movie, Steve will find a 98 year old Peggy in a nursing home and finally have his dance with her - just before she passes away.

Probably meeting her granddaughter Sharon, who would likely be the spitting image of her grandmother, but blonde.

I saw it today, it is a really awesome film! Great character development with Steve Rogers and I was totally convinced on his skinny appearance if that was cgi. I will probably not be the first to admit this, but i didn't think once about Chris Evans as Johnny Storm, Evans totally pulled it off. Maybe i subconsciously blocked it from my mind which is why i didn't twig that the man in the glass case was the original Human Torch Thanks for the pic 'Phineas Horton' confirms it, very cool easter egg. I wasn't great fan of Cap's helmet with chin strap, but this is a very minor detail in a terrific film. I thought both this and Thor were up there with Iron man. Marvel is kicking ***! Can't wait for the Avengers.

I tell you man the CGI on this movie really was amazing it blended so well my brain totally believed that he was a skinny kid from Brooklyn......

That Human Torch easter egg blew my mind! I dream of an Invaders movie someday!

I'm sure that will be a heartbreaking scene.

I'm really hoping they recast her as Sharon. I think she did a terrific job holding her own against the male cast members. Love to see her put on the SHIELD jumpsuit and kick some butt.

Since we didn't see Bucky's body, I'm sure we'll see the Winter Soldier in a sequel. It would be cool to see Arnim Zola in that Wacky robot body as well.

All in all, a good solid movie, and definitely one of the better super hero adaptations.

Totally looking forward to the Avengers next year.

Just wanted to add that I love the scene where everyone is rushing to buy a copy of Cap 1, a golden age comic collectors wet dream.

Second weekend the film is cratering at the box office. Down 69% from last Friday! I did NOT see this coming. Both Cowboys/Aliens and Smurfs are beating it soundly. That's disappointing. Cap' is a fine film that deserves ALOT more than what it's getting. It could be the public is simply fatigued with too many comic films over a 90 day period.

^That is a shame. Hopefully it's end of summer launch will allow it to ride out the summer in theaters. I think Cowboys and Aliens is the last big summer flick.

My wife and kids went to see the Smurfs, but I saw Cap again. So I did my part.

Don't forget, it has only just launched overseas, so more $ to come.

                          ^SUH-WEET!!!

Oh, and I want that soundtrack too. Cap is the first movie in a long time that actually has a recognizable soundtrack. These super hero movies of late have had really generic music.

Has anyone seen Cap twice? If so, how did you think it held up to a repeat viewing?

(I hope to see it again next week.)

Loved "Star-Spangled Man", btw--a musical number is perfect for a period movie, & it ingeniously advanced the plot, too.

The only thing I missed was the Skulls ascot (with his jumpsuit, at the finale).
