Looks really good. I love how they have his head on that puny body in the beginning. Those are the things that make me love CGI.

It's almost making me forget about Superman...lol.

I really love the cinematography...it almost has that old serial technicolor look to it...very period correct...this is now the MUST see superhero movie to watch...

Yeah...it worked great with Brad Pitt's character in The Curious Case of Benjamin Button...

Little Steve Rogers holding up a garbage can lid against that bully...perhaps that's where the idea of an indestructible shield came up...

What serials were in technicolor? They were all low budget and b&w. The color usage reminds me a bit of Sky Captain. Hope there is some Movietone Newsreel footage in b&w in the movie somewhere.

It's directed by Joe Johnston, he directed the Rocketeer movie in the 90's (which is a fantastic superhero movie). He does time piece's very well. When I found out that he was going to direct this I knew it was going to be good. Now I just can't wait until July.

It looks good...but I still don't care for the suit. Just something about it that just doesn't sit well. I'll probably go see it in the theater...but I still think Thor is going to be a better film.

Relax (lol)...I meant to say serials as in the feel of the movie...and technicolor as in the look of the bigger budget movies of that time period...that's what I get by trying to group everything together in a hurry...

It's going to be awesome! And for all of those that are worried the suit will change before the Avengers film so get your panties out of a bunch....

                              Exactly.

The suit is perfect for the WWII era...it will change when frozen Cap gets revived in the present...this is the way to go...it's only logical...

the suit looks too modern to be on a 40's action hero, wonder if they will address that as some sort of army prototype or something. I'd like to see more of when he has the old school shield. Looked like he was wearing a shirt modeled after classic Cap.
